All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number and project title.
Late or faxed bids will not be accepted.
OCDC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bidding process, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to the OCDC Finance Department before October 22, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. CST.
