OKLAHOMA COUNTY DETENTION CENTER COMPLETES
JAIL CONTOL SYSTEM UPGRADE

OKLAHOMA CITY (April 19, 2022) – The Oklahoma County Detention Center has completed the jail control system upgrade. The project consisted of updating the current control system which operates the security sliders, gates, door locks, intercoms, keycards, and other control center electronics throughout the jail. “This is one of the biggest and most important projects undertaken by the OCDC. The upgraded system allows for a safer and more reliably facility,” said Greg Williams, CEO Oklahoma County Detention Center. “Our staff worked extremely hard to make this project went as smooth as possible.”
