OKLAHOMA CITY (July 5, 2022) – The Oklahoma County Detention Center recently promoted 11 outstanding employees. The employees and their new ranks are: • Sgt. Avery Wilson • Sgt. Abdullah Khan • Sgt. Deidre Clark • Sgt. Christopher Smiley • Sgt. Angela Martinez • Sgt. Avery Wilson • Detention Officer Sade Whindleton • Detention Officer Omar Albani • Detention Officer Martina Delaware • Detention Officer Carah Sanders • Cpl.
